Every now and then we get an opportunity to do something a little different from our usual designs and we’ve recently undertaken a commission from the writers of Portsmouth Fairy Tales, a collaboration of short adult stories written by authors from around the Portsmouth area. We were asked by editor Tessa Ditner to create a map to show the various key locations where the stories are set in Portsmouth and this map is going to be used during a guided walk on Sunday 22 June 14. This event is free to join and is part of a series of free events taking place over the weekend of 21 and 22 Jun all supported by the Arts Council England. The design wasn’t the easiest we’ve done by far but we’re quite pleased with the results.
