We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday only). Delivery is normally made via Evri (or courier for Trade orders), please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If an item is out of stock we will inform you and let you know when it will be available.

All our items are made with great care and we hope you like them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it, in its original packaging, unused, within 14 days for a refund or exchange to:

If you are returning any goods please send a receipt or order number with it and please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending.  We will issue you with a refund upon your items return, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Please email or phone if possible if you are returning any items so we know to expect them.
